Q&A: Corporate Accountability for Digital Rights in MENA [Bread&Net 2020 Session]

In this #BreadandNet 2020 session, the Tunisian research analyst at the Corporate Accountability Index Afef Abrougui and the Egyptian journalist Wafaa Heikal discuss Corporate Accountability of Telecommunication companies. Abrougui looks into how the policies and practices of telecommunication and technology companies affect digital rights in the region. The speakers also address how organizations in the region can use the Ranking Digital Rights Corporate Accountability Index in their research and advocacy efforts aimed at the private sector.
